    Banana cupcakes 🍌

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ripe bananas

    • 1 large egg

    • 2 cups of oat flour

    • half a cup of xylitol

    • 1 cup of kefir

    • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

    • half a teaspoon of baking soda

    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon


    Instructions:

    1. Set the oven on 200 degrees.

    2. Put muffin paper cups into each whole of the cupcake baking tray.

    3. Mix the dry ingredients together and do the same with wet ingredients, in a separate bowl.

    4. Then, mix everything altogether.

    5. Pour the mixture into the paper cups.

    6. Bake the cupcakes for 30-35 minutes. You can decorate them if you want but they are delicious even on their own!
