Delicate gluten-free buckwheat pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 125 ml of milk or a plant-based alternative

  • 7 tablespoons of buckwheat flour

  • a pinch of salt

  • half a teaspoon of baking soda


Instructions:

  1. Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt, then add milk and mix it together.

  2. Add flour and baking soda - mix everything together.

  3. Then, spread some coconut oil with a paper towel on a frying pan and preheat it.

  4. Fry the pancakes on both sides (flip them when you see bubbles on the surface).

  5. They taste the best with maple syrup!
