125 ml of milk or a plant-based alternative
7 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
a pinch of salt
half a teaspoon of baking soda
Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt, then add milk and mix it together.
Add flour and baking soda - mix everything together.
Then, spread some coconut oil with a paper towel on a frying pan and preheat it.
Fry the pancakes on both sides (flip them when you see bubbles on the surface).
They taste the best with maple syrup!
