550 g of pumpkin puree (cooked and blended pumpkin)
80 g of xylitol
300g of oat flour
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Set the oven on 180 degrees.
Spread some oil on a loaf baking tray using a paper towel.
Mix all the wet ingredients together and do the same thing with dry ingredients, in a separate bowl.
Then, mix everything all together and pour it to the baking tray.
Bake the cake for 60 minutes in 180 degrees.
