    Pumpkin bread

    Ingredients:

    • 550 g of pumpkin puree (cooked and blended pumpkin)

    • 2 eggs

    • 80 g of xylitol

    • 300g of oat flour

    • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

    • 1 teaspoon of baking powder


    Instructions:

    1. Set the oven on 180 degrees.

    2. Spread some oil on a loaf baking tray using a paper towel.

    3. Mix all the wet ingredients together and do the same thing with dry ingredients, in a separate bowl.

    4. Then, mix everything all together and pour it to the baking tray.

    5. Bake the cake for 60 minutes in 180 degrees.
