Healthy yoghurt-coconut cake with apples 🍎

  • 2 apples

  • 11 tablespoons of coconut flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 450 g of thick natural yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (melt it)

  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

  • half a cup of xylitol


  1. Set the oven on 180 degrees.

  2. Beat the eggs with xylitol until fairly stiff. Then, add yoghurt and melted coconut oil while mixing.

  3. Add dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix everything together. Then pour the mixture into a loaf baking tray (with the bakery paper inside).

  4. Peel and chop the apples, then stick them into the cake.

  5. Bake it for around 45-50 minutes in 180 degrees. Before taking it out, check it with a toothpick if it's ready.
