Ingredients for the base and crumble:
40 g of melted refined coconut oil
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
300 g of rice flour
80 g of xylitol
Mix all the ingredients together and divide the dough into two parts. Use one of them to form a base of the cake in a round baking tray (diameter 23 cm) which should have some oil spread on it to avoid sticking.Put the second part of the dough into the fridge.vBake the base in 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Don't take it out of the baking tray.
400g of strawberries
Wash and dice strawberries into smaller pieces. Also, get rid of the stems. Then, spread them on the base of the cake.
64 g of sugar-free custard powder
3 glasses of milk
3 tablespoons of xylitol
Prepare the custard following the instructions from the package and pour it on top of the strawberries.
Take the other half of dough from the fridge and crumble it on top of the cake. Then bake it altogether for 30 minutes in 180 degrees.
