Homemade granola

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 1 cup of spelt flakes

  • 0.5 cup of pistachios

  • 0.5 cup of hazelnuts

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • sultanas/dried fruits


  1. Chop the nuts and mix them with oats and spelt flakes.

  2. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with honey. Then mix it with nuts, oats and spelt flakes.

  3. Put bakery paper on baking tray and put granola onto it.

  4. Roast everything for 20 minutes in 180 degrees but give it a stir every 5 minutes.

  5. Then take it out of the oven, add dried fruits and stir them in.
