    Easy vegan chocolate chip cookies 🍪


    • 250g of spelt flour

    • 30g of olive oil

    • 60g of xylitol/sugar

    • 4 teaspoons of chia seeds mixed with 4 tablespoons of water

    • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

    • water

    • dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bar) and nuts


    1. Mix flour, oil, xylitol, baking powder and the chia seed mixture in a bowl.

    2. Then, add water and stir it in, until you get a consistency that will allow you to form cookies.

    3. Form cookies on a baking tray and add chocolate chips and nuts on top of each of them.

    4. Bake cookies for approx 20-25 minutes in 180 degrees, until they turn gold.
