250g of spelt flour
30g of olive oil
60g of xylitol/sugar
4 teaspoons of chia seeds mixed with 4 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of baking powder
dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bar) and nuts
Mix flour, oil, xylitol, baking powder and the chia seed mixture in a bowl.
Then, add water and stir it in, until you get a consistency that will allow you to form cookies.
Form cookies on a baking tray and add chocolate chips and nuts on top of each of them.
Bake cookies for approx 20-25 minutes in 180 degrees, until they turn gold.
