Healthy protein belriso with carmelised apple

  • 80-100 g of rice

  • a scoop of protein powder

  • an apple

  • cinnamon


  1. Peel and chop apple. Put it into a saucepan, add a bit of water and cook until it's soft under a cover. When the apple is ready, turn the hob off, add cinnamon and stir it in.

  2. In the meantime cook the rice following the instructions from the package.

  3. When the rice is cooked, drain it from the majority of water but leave a bit of it.

  4. Then, add the protein powder, stir it in and pour the rice into a bowl.

  5. Add apples on top. You can also add some cinnamon or roasted cashew nuts (these to go super well with belriso!)
