1 can of red kidney beans (240g)
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
40g of chocolate protein powder
50g of xylitol/sugar
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
10g of cocoa powder
1,5 teaspoon of xylitol/sugar
40g of milk
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Blend all the ingredients for the cake until you reach a smooth texture.
Spread some oil or butter on a loaf baking tray.
Pour the mixed ingredients into the tray and bake the brownie for 45 minutes in 180 degrees.
After taking the brownie out of the oven, take it out of the tray and put it on a bakery paper.
Put all the ingredients for the chocolate glaze in a sauce pan and preheat them slowly, stirring all the time until you achieve a thick and smooth consistency.
Pour the coating on top of the brownie and spread it evenly with a spoon. Then, let it congeal.
