1/3 cup of oil (rapeseed oil, olive oil or melted coconut oil)
2.5 cups of oat flour
400g of plums
4 large eggs
1/3 cup of kefir
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of xylitol
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
a bit of potato flour
100g of dark chocolate
Set the oven on 180 degrees.
Take the seeds out of plums and cut them into halves. Then, put them into a bowl and mix them with a bit of potato flour.
Mix together eggs, oil and xylitol. Then, add kefir and mix everything once again.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Add the dry ingredients into wet ones and mix everything together. Then pour it into a round baking tray, previously greased with coconut oil.
Then put the plums on the surface, with the peel facing downwards.
Bake the cake for 1h 10 minutes in 180 degrees and let it cool down entirely.
When the cake isn't hot anymore, melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it on the top of the cake. Then, place it for an hour in a fridge.
