2 tablespoons of runny honey
1 tablespoon of soft refined coconut oil (in the room temperature)
125 g of rice flour
70 g of cornflour
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
50 g of dark chocolate (I used 70% cocoa one)
Set the oven on 180 degrees.
Spread some bakery paper on a flat baking tray.
Mix all the ingredients (despite chocolate) until you get a smooth consistency.
Chop the chocolate bar into smaller pieces, add it to the dough and stir it with a spoon.
Form medium-sized cookies on the baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes in 180 degrees.
