Healthy chocolate chip cookies 🍪

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tablespoons of runny honey

  • 1 tablespoon of soft refined coconut oil (in the room temperature)

  • 125 g of rice flour

  • 70 g of cornflour

  • 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 50 g of dark chocolate (I used 70% cocoa one)

Instructions:

  1. Set the oven on 180 degrees.

  2. Spread some bakery paper on a flat baking tray.

  3. Mix all the ingredients (despite chocolate) until you get a smooth consistency.

  4. Chop the chocolate bar into smaller pieces, add it to the dough and stir it with a spoon.

  5. Form medium-sized cookies on the baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes in 180 degrees.
