    Buckwheat protein pancakes

    Ingredients:

    • 1 large egg

    • 1 ripe banana

    • a scoop of protein powder

    • 3 tablespoons of buckwheat flour

    • cinnamon

    Instructions:

    1. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the egg.

    2. Then, add the rest of ingredients and mix it all together.

    3. Spread some oil on a frying pan, using a paper towel and preheat it.

    4. Fry pancakes on both sides until they turn gold (flip them when you see a lot of bubbles on the surface).
