1 large egg
1 ripe banana
a scoop of protein powder
3 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the egg.
Then, add the rest of ingredients and mix it all together.
Spread some oil on a frying pan, using a paper towel and preheat it.
Fry pancakes on both sides until they turn gold (flip them when you see a lot of bubbles on the surface).
