    Refreshing mango lassi dessert

    1. Blend the mangos with yoghurt and honey.

    2. Then, diffuse 1 tablespoon of agar-agar in 50 ml of hot water and stir it energetically. Pour it immediately into the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together.

    3. Pour the mixture into 3 glasses and leave it for 20 minutes in the fridge.
