    The best chocolate protein oatmeal 🍫

    • 125 ml of milk or plant-based alternative

    • 125 ml of water

    • 4 tablespoons of oats

    • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

    • 1 tablespoon of xylitol

    • cinnamon

    • half a scoop of chocolate protein powder

    • favourite toppings


    1. Put milk, water, oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon and xylitol into a saucepan and cook it on medium heat.

    2. When the oats start boiling, reduce the heat and keep on stirring it until you get a custard-like consistency.

    3. Then, take the saucepan off the hob and add protein powder into the oats. Stir everything together.

    4. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and add your favourite toppings. Peanut butter is highly recommended!
