125 ml of milk or plant-based alternative
125 ml of water
4 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of xylitol
half a scoop of chocolate protein powder
Put milk, water, oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon and xylitol into a saucepan and cook it on medium heat.
When the oats start boiling, reduce the heat and keep on stirring it until you get a custard-like consistency.
Then, take the saucepan off the hob and add protein powder into the oats. Stir everything together.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and add your favourite toppings. Peanut butter is highly recommended!
