3 egg whites
1 egg yolk
40g of oat flour
1.5 teaspoon of xylitol/sugar
10g of chocolate protein powder
0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
coconut oil for frying
85g of cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of honey
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add egg yolk and whisk it together.
Add the dry ingredients into the egg mass and carefully mix it together.
Preheat the frying pan and spread a bit of coconut oil with paper towel on it. Then pour the omlette mixture into the pan.
Fry the omlette on a small heat, under a cover, then flip it and fry it on the other side as well.
In the meantime, mix the cottage cheese with honey.
When the omlette is ready, cut it into half and put the cottage cheese inside.
