2 large eggs
a pinch of salt
a scoop of protein powder
4 flat tablespoons of flour
half a teaspoon of baking soda
coconut oil for frying
a tablespoon of peanut butter
Peel and chop the apple.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until fairly stiff.
Mix the dry ingredients together, add them to eggs and mix everything together.
Then, add the apple and mix everything carefully with a spoon.
Spread some coconut oil on a small frying pan using a paper towel and preheat the pan.
Pour the omlette mixture onto the pan and cover it.
Fry the omlette on both sides, under a cover, on a small heat.
After taking the omlette out of the pan, spread peanut butter on top of it when it is still hot.
