Apple pie omlette 🍎

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • a pinch of salt

  • an apple

  • a scoop of protein powder

  • 4 flat tablespoons of flour

  • half a teaspoon of baking soda

  • coconut oil for frying

  • cinnamon

  • a tablespoon of peanut butter


Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the apple.

  2. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until fairly stiff.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients together, add them to eggs and mix everything together.

  4. Then, add the apple and mix everything carefully with a spoon.

  5. Spread some coconut oil on a small frying pan using a paper towel and preheat the pan.

  6. Pour the omlette mixture onto the pan and cover it.

  7. Fry the omlette on both sides, under a cover, on a small heat.

  8. After taking the omlette out of the pan, spread peanut butter on top of it when it is still hot.
