2 large eggs
a tablespoon of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of xylitol
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
half a cup of wholegrain flour
125 ml of milk of plant-based alternative
10 tablespoons of oats
half a teaspoon of baking soda
Set the oven on 180 degrees and spread some bakery paper on a baking tray.
Melt the tablespoon of coconut oil in a saucepan.
Whisk the eggs, then add melted coconut oil and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything together and leave the dough for 5 minutes for the oats to absorb liquid.
Form 12 cookies on the baking tray, using a spoon.
Bake cookies in 180 degrees for approx. 18 minutes. You can turn the fan on for the last 2 minutes.
