    Wholegrain chocolate cookies

    Ingredients:

    • 2 large eggs

    • a tablespoon of coconut oil

    • 4 tablespoons of xylitol

    • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

    • half a cup of wholegrain flour

    • 125 ml of milk of plant-based alternative

    • 10 tablespoons of oats

    • half a teaspoon of baking soda

    Instructions:

    1. Set the oven on 180 degrees and spread some bakery paper on a baking tray.

    2. Melt the tablespoon of coconut oil in a saucepan.

    3. Whisk the eggs, then add melted coconut oil and the rest of the ingredients.

    4. Mix everything together and leave the dough for 5 minutes for the oats to absorb liquid.

    5. Form 12 cookies on the baking tray, using a spoon.

    6. Bake cookies in 180 degrees for approx. 18 minutes. You can turn the fan on for the last 2 minutes.
