one smaller sweet potato
2 cups of flour
1 cup of xylitol
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
Peel the sweet potato, cut it into smaller pieces and cook it until it's soft. Then leave it and let it cool down. It's best if you prepare it on the previous day.
Set the oven on 180 degrees and spread some oil on a loaf baking tray.
Blend everything, despite strawberries, together until you get a smooth texture. The dough should be thick so add a bit more of flour if you need it. Then, pour everything into the loaf tray.
Wash and cut the strawberries, then stick them into the cake.
Bake the brownie for about 1h 10 minutes in 180 degrees.
