Ingredients (5 patties):
450 g of turkey mince
100 g of millet groats
1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
Put the mince into a bowl.
Cook the millet groats following the instructions from the package.
Peel and chop the onion. Then fry it on the coconut oil.
Add cooked millet and fried onion to the meat and mix everything together.
Then, add all the spices, salt and pepper and mix it once again.
Spread bakery paper on a baking tray and then form patties, and put them on it.
Bake them for around 20-22 minutes in 180 degrees.
