Ingredients (3 servings):
250 g of minced pork
a cup of rice
400 g of canned tomatoes
200 g of tomato concentrate
1 whole cabbage
oil for frying
Cook the rice following the instructions from its package. Then, drain it and leave it in the saucepan.
Chop the onion and fry it until it vitrifies.
Then, add meat onto the frying pan and break it into smaller pieces while frying. Fry until it's cooked.
Add the canned tomatoes and stir everything on the pan together, then pour the mixture into the saucepan with rice.
Turn the hob under the saucepan and cook everything together while stirring.
Add tomato concentrate and a bit of water, mix everything.
Wash the cabbage and tear its leaves into smaller pieces, then add them into the saucepan.
Mix everything all together and cook it for another 5-10 minutes until cabbage changes its colour.
Add salt and pepper, as much as you need.
