    Easy breakfast egg muffins

    Ingredients:

    • 3 eggs

    • 2 mushrooms

    • half of a small onion

    • 1/2 of red bell pepper

    • 2 slices of ham

    • salt and pepper


    Instructions:

    1. Set the oven on 180 degrees.

    2. Prepare the muffin baking tray and spread some oil inside.

    3. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Add chopped vegetables and ham, then mix it all together.

    4. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tray and bake it for 20-30 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
