200 g of natural cottage cheese
1 large egg
30 g of oats
20g of vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
oil for frying
Blend all the ingredients together.
Spread some oil on the frying pan with a paper towel (this way you will reduce the amount of oil and still avoid sticking).
Fry pancakes on both sides until they turn gold (flip them when you see bubbles on the surface).
