125 ml of semi-skimmed milk
125 ml of water
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of chestnut flour
1 tablespoon of xylitol
half a scoop of chocolate protein powder
Place all the ingredients, despite protein powder, in a saucepan and mix them together.
Cook it on medium heat.
When the custard starts boiling, reduce the heat and start stirring until you get the right consistency.
Then, turn the hob off and add protein powder. Mix it all together.
Pour it into a bowl and serve it with your favourite toppings.
