    Protein banana bread mugcake

    • a ripe banana

    • 2 eggs

    • a scoop of protein powder

    • a pinch of salt

    • cinnamon

    • 3 tablespoons of milk

    • 3 tablespoons of flour


    1. Spread some coconut oil inside a microwave-safe bowl.

    2. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add a mashed banana and mix it together.

    3. Add the rest of ingredients and mix everything.

    4. Pour the mixture into the bowl and microwave it for around 3 minutes (control it though, because it depends on the power of your microwave).

    5. Leave it for a moment to cool down slightly and then take it out the bowl and put it on a plate.
