a ripe banana
a scoop of protein powder
a pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of flour
Spread some coconut oil inside a microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add a mashed banana and mix it together.
Add the rest of ingredients and mix everything.
Pour the mixture into the bowl and microwave it for around 3 minutes (control it though, because it depends on the power of your microwave).
Leave it for a moment to cool down slightly and then take it out the bowl and put it on a plate.
