a half of mango
2/3 thick slices of smoked sheep cheese
a handful of cashew nuts
spinach and rocket
1/3 of cucumber
a bit of olive oil
half a teaspoon of dijon mustard
half a teaspoon of honey
Place spinach and rocket on a plate.
Cut one side of the mango and chop it, then place it on the leaves.
Cut the 1/3 of cucumber into half and then slice it. Add it to the salad.
Chop the slices of cheese into cubes and add them as well.
Then, roast cashews on a dry pan and put them on top of the salad.
In the end, mix the olive oil, mustard and honey together and pour the dressing on top of the salad.
