    Yummy vegan and gluten-free cookies

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ripe bananas

    • 2 tablespoons of almond butter

    • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

    • 5 tablespoons of coconut flour

    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

    • 3 tablespoon of xylitol

    • 3 tablespoons of oats

    • almonds for decoration

    Instructions:

    1. Set the oven for 180 degrees and spread the bakery paper on the baking tray.

    2. Mix all the ingredients together (without almonds).

    3. Form cookies out of the dough and stick an almond into each of them.

    4. Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes.
