Protein American blueberry pancakes 馃

  • 2 eggs

  • pinch of salt

  • 250g of kefir

  • 40g of vanilla flavoured protein powder

  • 60 g of rice flour

  • 90 g of oat flour

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 130-135g of blueberries

  • coconut oil for frying


  1. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until fairly stiff.

  2. Then add all the ingredients one after another while mixing in the order above. (After adding blueberries, just stir everything with a spoon, don't use the mixer!)

  3. Fry the pancakes on coconut oil on both sides (flip them when you see bubbles on the surface). You can even fry them without using fat if you have a non-stick pan.
