Healthy double chocolate cookies 🍪

Ingredients (for 12 cookies)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups of wholegrain flour

  • 1/4 cup of rapeseed oil

  • 1/2 cup of xylitol

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 60 g of dark chocolate

  • 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs with xylitol until fairly stiff.

  2. Then add oil and mix it together.

  3. Mix flour, baking soda and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.

  4. Add the dry ingredients into the egg mass and mix it all together.

  5. Then, divide the chocolate into 12 pieces.

  6. Form 12 balls from the cookie dough. Then, make each of them flat, put one piece of chocolate inside and close it so that the chocolate remains inside.

  7. Bake the cookies in 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
